    Talking Low outter part of chest

    Does anyone know how to workout the lower outter part of your chest?? I seem to have the middle aswell as the top portion to where I would want them to be the there is just that piece of chest that I never feel sore. Any help?

    do decline movements along with dips and flat dumbell flyes.
