Help!!! My Size Gains have Stalled!!!

Hi, I'm using my friend's account by the way. Anyway, I'm 20 years old. 5'11" and 230 pounds, about 9% bodyfat. I'm pretty big but I want to be even bigger. I used to notice gains almost immediately. But, I've noticed that I've stalled recently. I haven't juiced yet but I take creatine glutamine, protein, and multivitamin:

Creatine: One week loading phase 20 grams
3 weeks at 10 grams per day
    One week off

    Glutamine: 4 tablets per day

protein: about 100 grams whey protein per day in addition 3-4 full meals a day

    multivitamin: animal pak

Workout: train each body part twice a week over a six day split
I do 4x6 for most major exercises

What should I do to gain more weight, or have I reached my natural potential?

    thanks in advance

May not be getting enough out of your current diet and you may be overtraining and/or need to switch up training routine.

switch up routine, you need a variety...drink more water, and take a 2 minute break after each set....creatine is a weird compound, some reason when i drink more water throughout the work out session and take a 2 minute break...i noticed stronger yeilds

throw up your diet in detail including macros (cals, fats, carbs, proteins). Your definitely a big dude! How long have you been training for and what does your workout routine look like?

I'm kinda about to go to sleep so I don't have time to post my whole diet or routine. But I'll get a new account and do it under my own username later. I've been training on and off for about six years. But if you do the math, it only adds up to about 3.5 years.
