When doing a routine with a Chest,shoulders, tri's day..
I know that the 3 groups work together, but how do you work your shoulders sufficient enough after chest without being in the gym for 2-3 hours, also, do you get worn out doing so many compound presses (ie. incline, flat, shoulder)
Ive been wanting to try a routine like this for my cut but I feel that I would either not work my shoulders enough or be in the gym forever.. currently i work my chest and shoulders like this

Chest (paired with tris)
Incline dumbells
Flat dumbells
Chest flies
dips, then tri exercises

Shoulders
Seated dumbell press
Side laterals together, then isolated
rear laterals
upright rows
