Whos got the most viscious chest workout? Hook Me Up...
looking for new routines, tired of the same old same old
flat, incline, decline bench 3x 12,10,8
cable crossovers
weighted dips
cable raises
Who's got the insane chest workout. I need I need..........

I found any time i do more than 10 sets for chest, i lose size and strength.
So mine isn't insane at all i guess. Yours would probably set me back a few years growth wise.

And I dont know personally how you can have an insane chest workout...not like theres tons of different stuff you can do...flat bench...incline bench...and some flys...pretty insane, unless by insane you mean out of the ordinary, off the wall, and out of left field randomness

None of them have to do with building muscle? So when im sore it has nothing to do with the fact that im building muscle? Can you explain this further?

when your sore it indicates you should be building muscle, but you dont necessarly have to be sore to be building muscle

When your doing your bench workouts, are you slowly letting the bar go down or are you just dropping it. If you are try to fight the bar down for about 3 - 5 seconds.

after flat do 21s 7 halfway up 7 halfway down and 7 full benches not sure what you bench but work with the weight until you can do the 21 reps it will give you a good pump first time i seen a guy doing i thought he was crazy helluva pump though
