anybody know where i can find some on the internet that i could print out?

Here are a few charts:
How good am I?
Dennis B. Weis strength chart
This chart factors in your height as well as weight.
These charts should give you a rough idea of what is considered "good". Notice that since they're all merely others' ideas of what "good" is, they aren't very consistent with one another, so they should be taken with a grain of salt. My advice is to mostly go by how you feel and how your current strength compares to your initial strength. I know it's impossible not to compare yourself to others, but try not to and you'll enjoy it a lot more. Happy lifting!

I'm not 100% sure I know what you want exactly, but I think I found what you're looking for. It's not free, though.

Just get a notebook and start writing writing writing, from your mood that day to you diet, how you felt after your workout. How you felt before and of course you workout.... Exercise/Sets/Reps/Weight/etc.

hmm, im stylin according to those charts. lol guess my thoughts that my chest were a lil underdeveloped were true though. still pretty good, but needs more work.
