Jacking off/sex?

i know this is a stupid question.. but just wanted to clarfy it... you know how you see movies...etc...people that do high int. training...is it true that they say if you dont jack off/ have sex you will have better results.... or something like that... while working out... and get better gains?..... once again.. i know its a stupid question but i had to ask....

I read a study a while back that said that durning sex that males test increases dramatically and remains elevated for a longer period of time. While jacking off had no effect. It was also on the AP wires so you may be able to find it. Plus sex has numous health benefits that would far out-weigh the lack of it.

exactly what i was thinking....only problem is.... excuse me for getting a little too much in detail...

i hate it when it all doesnt come out.... and then while you work out. a little drips out... and its wet down there.. thats the only thing that pisses me off... haha...

There is a study if you dig you can find it on here that says if you refrain from sex or punching the clown your natty test levels increase each day until day 7 or so they plateu.............

I personally dont before workouts because I feel drained, but thats just me,

I also feel extra tired the next day as well, and ive read interviews before about boxers (cant remember which one maybe Delahoya?) who also refrain from sex like a week before a fight, Mic was right.

I also feel that after a workout your test levels are high cause its a by product of hard lifting, esp after leg day.

I think that if your on cycle you could fvck whenever cause your shut down anyway........

it would be hard (no pun intended) to turn your girl down though, shes has a great "natural" beauty to her.
