need more chest mass
can anyone help me with adding some chest mass.
current exercises: flat dumbell press, incline dumbell press, weighted dips, dumbell and pulley flyes.
my problem is that my mid and lower chest are lagging behind. i had to move incline presses to the end of my chest workout just to give the rest of my chest a chance to catch up.

I think there is like a new chest mass thread every day,
wonder why no one ever ask for a good hamstring or quad routine?
