Training routine on AAS
Just wondering how you guys plan a routine while cycling.I usually change up my routine every 4-5 months based on what I'm lacking.
My question is:
What is the best way to hit every body part and develop it nicely while cycling (3 months)? Should i change my routine every 3-4weeks to get in a wider range of excercises?
