    Minimum recovery time..

When you have 2 compounds with varied anabolic ratings (i.e. test-100 vs Tren Ace-500), I realize it is more anabolic. However, does this increased anabolic property result in FASTER recover time, INCREASED muscle growth per recovery period, or both?

Also, if I am trying to devote most of my effort towards One body part (not neglecting everything else, but wanting to maximize Biceps for example). What is the Shortest recovery time I could allow before working out Biceps again?
    8 week cycle
    500mg test prop/EW
    50mg Tren Ace ED

any info would help. I know people stress avoiding "overworking" a muscle, so this is one of the reasons why I'm trying to learn more about this.

Different muscle recover at different rates and your biceps recover the fastest where as your lower back can take over 100+hours to recover but there are also other factors like your CNS. Is this your first cycle? What exactly are your goals here? When you you say you want to develop one area, do you mean your a powerlifter and want to increase your lift? or just trying to get big bi's? I hope it doesn't seem like I am trying to harass you, just helps to know more info before I try to answer your questions.

I see what your saying now. You want to get bigger but since your biceps are lagging you would like to hit them more often to get them to catch up but are worried about over training them. It's actually a rather difficult question mainly becaue everyone's different and your training intensity factors in. My suggestion would be go for it but hit them hard once and the next work out hit them lightly, higher reps. You will know how they respond and can make appropiate changes. If there is any muscle(excluding abs and calves) you can hit more often then others it's the biceps. GL

good advice kfrost yep everyone recovers at different rates what ive done since you hit your bis during backwork is space it out and do bis and tris together so in a sense your hitting your bis twice or thats my opinion anyway

Most of what i have read is that 3 days is enought time for recovery for a short period of time.
