    electric muscle stimulators work?

    Do those elctric muscle stimulators work? The ones were you put pads on like your abs and pecs.

    I have tried them before and personelly I think there a waste of money I had no results with them.

    I always heard they do nothing, but in theory it seems plausible. If you set them at pulse and at the right level you can cause the muscle a peak contraction at intervals. Seems the same as causing a contraction with resistance...right.

    the muscles are under no laod therefore no ability to stretch and tear and grow. if it was that easy there would be no gyms.

    They do not work for our purpses (to make big muscles). They are basicly to recover from injuries.

    i get a fvckin kick outta those commercials, the people in them are so fake its hilarious. ya like sittin on a couch and eating chips watchin TV with thier belt is gonna help u lose weight and stregthen your abs. if they worked , gyms wouldnt even exist anymore

    They're ummm... worthless?
    Might as well contract muscle by yourself every 2 or whatever seconds, You'll get the same results and it's FREE!
    You are better of buying pair of 25lb dumbbells for 65 cents per pound. Much cheaper and will give You an acctual resistance.

    Well my doctor and I had a conversation about them. I dont know how we got on the conversation. But he was lau***ng his ass off about them. Raving about how they couldn't work.
