Need a little help Guy's regarding cardio.
I am starting to do my cardio Guy's twice weekly. I have just purchased a polar heart rate monitor. I know that each session should be between 45-60 mins long. What should my heart rate be for being in the fat burning zone ? Thanks.

Ok, so You are 25. Your HR should be in 117-137 pulse range.
