Home Workout Tips...
I have just come home from university to visit family and it's going to be a few days until I can join a gym; I usually train 5 days a week and I have already missed three consecutive days due to other commitments...
... What is a half decent workout i can do at home to keep me going until I get my gym membership? I know it will be nothing like going to a gym, but I need to do something!
Also, I have no weights here

Push Ups: Regular, Wide, and Tricep
Sit Ups, Crunches, etc...
Pull Ups if you can. Good variations of pull ups are: regular, reverse, close grip, wide grip, and mountain climbers.
As far as legs, free body squats, calf raises, lunges, and sprints.
