decline BB bench 3x10
very simple ya, its worked for years in the past, but now im ready to go more advanced haha, trying to get a feel of what has worked for others in the past

What you are doing is fine. The incline and flat dumbbells are great mass builders and the decline bench is effective especially if you take the bar to your neck, it gives a better stretch through the pecs. Maybe try adding another 3 sets of a shaping exercise as well as those 3 mass building exercises, like cable crossovers or some type of flye movement.
