    whats your favorite superset?

    my favorite superset is closed grip and weighted dips. 4x10 4x10 dips usually 45pds up to 70

    i love supersetting my chest and back together. i was hooked the first time i tried it.

    supersetting triceps!! you just cant beat that pump...

    I like supersetting cable curls and pressdowns at the end of an arm day.

    ive always superset every exercise ive ever done aside form the core of my strength exercises, bench, squat and deads, ect.
    ive never trained one bodypart then went on to another..triceps then biceps...back then shoulders..everything is always superset, since the first day i ever set foot in a gym.
    favourite supersetting would have to be chest and biceps tho...best pump for me

    i did arms today and i would do a set of bies and then a set of tris, idk didin't work well for me but i'm glad i tried it out, anyway i love supersetting triceps

    lately i have using supesets for my chest and delts. something like db laterals/db shoulder press or for chest, incline flys/incline db press.
