    biceps pump too fast.

I have a really hard time working my biceps. For some reason, i can only get in about 4-5 sets, really heavy, or really light, doesn't matter, before my arms get so pumped i cant reach up to even wipe the sweat off my face. I've tried all different kinds of bicep exercises to see if any one of them work better for me, or if i can do different exercises that dont cause the pump so quickly, but it always happens. This is the only body part i experience this with. It also effects my back workouts to some degree because my biceps wont carry their portion of the pulling exercises. The other thing, my biceps just wont grow, and they never get sore. Any ideas? or am I just a big puss? Does it sound like it could be some sort of mental block?

    edit:
also, my diet is on par, im slowly leaning out and still making gains on the rest of my body. i only train each muscle group once a week...is it possible this is just too much for my tiny biceps? =(

Happens to me at times as well, I just usually will go to my triceps and then go back to my bis later in the workout.

I'd consentrate on doing one arm exercizes and assist with your other hand in order to get fully adducted(flexed) reps, burn out, then continue to assist with nonworking arm and consentrate on negitives.
