Workout critique wanted!
Whats up guys! I've been at my computer for the last 4 hours or so just reading posts about supplements, workouts, and exercises. I'm getting back into lifting and i think i have found which workout i will do to see if it works out and would like any critique and all help with it. I'm 21 years old, weigh in at 155ish and last time i check my bf (2 months ago) i was at 4.5 percent. The time i spent in the supplement threads has lead me to think of trying Higher Power CEE. I'll also be on ON protein and am thinking of also going with NO-Xplode. I will work out 5 days a week using the weekend as my rest period. I'm not a big drinker so not gettin ham boned is gonna be easy. If you have an opinion about these supplements or others that would be better, shout them out. Only thing is i dont want to go with monohydrate.
This is what im thinking
Monday- Chest/Abs
Tuesday- Arms/Shoulders
Wednesday- Legs/Back/Abs
Thursday- Chest, Abs
Friday- Arms/Shoulders/Abs
My chest exercises will consist of flat, incline, and decline bench press...flys...then dumbell flat and incline bench...then dips with added weight
My arms exercises will consist of alternate curls, hammer curls, bar curls, preecher curls, and reverse curls. Tricepts will consist of pulldowns, overhead dumbell, and skull crusher (flat bench overhead bar). Shoulders will be military bar and dumbells, dumbell military, and incline bench bar lifts.
My legs will consist of leg curls, squats, lunges, and calf raises. My back will be rows, pulldowns, pullups with added weight, and using a bench and dumbell alternate raises.
Abs will be a normal ab routine with medicine ball and the usual.
Any help and all opinions welcome!

Hmmm, looking at this split, it would totally not work for me.
Well let me break this down for you.
Abs/Chest - ok
Arms/shoulders - if you did your chest day before, it will most likely be sore and even if not, it still needs time to recover. So this most likely will make you shoulder workout very uncomfortable to do.
Abs say before, if you did it right, they will need time off, so now you are doing your arms, you will be using your abs all the time to keep your core tight and in strict form, how are you going to do that when your abs are in pain and need to recover?
Legs/Back - well, if you did your shoulders day before and you did a nice job they will hurt, so when you are gonna be doing squats, you will be in big pain, same with your back exercises, you will be using your shoulders too much, while they should be resting right now.
Chest/abs - Since your shoulders didn't have enought time to recover, well I guess they will definitely be in the way for you to do a nice and intense chest workout.
Arms/shoulders - Same as before, you did your chest and now you are doing shoulders.
Abs that you need to keep the strict form for your arm and shoulder workouts are all torn up from day before.
Well, all this will apply only, if you are REALLY working out and do it intense enough to feel your muscle next day.
Take care

there are a ton of other splits to do listed in the workout forum... i agree with ubersteroids, this routine is setting yourself up for shitty workouts----it looks like your trying to apply the hit method or slingshot method or something like that but not doing it right...training a bodypart twice a week is fine just not in the fashion you described
you can either search for a 5 day split and see what comes up, or just scroll through and find something you like,
my old 5 day split was something like the following:
mon-chest/abs
tuesday-back
wed-shoulders/abs
thurs-legs
fri-arms/abs

Have you posted your diet yet Owen?
You should probably do deadlifts on back day too.
