Lifting Technique for Vascularity
Anyone know of any good workouts to get better vascularity? or would just cutting be the most sufficient way?
Edit: anyone? I didn't think it was all that tough of a question.Last edited by nd95450; 10-10-2007 at 06:44 PM.

Comes down to diet and low bodyfat levels so yes, focus on cutting.

Its not that its a hard question.. Its that I think u are looking for a easy answer..
There isn't a workout.. Just simple ways to help make it happen
1)diet, losing weight always helps, drink more water also
2)do cardio along with ur workout plan
3)make sure u are doing high intensity work outs
4) there are some suplements that will help
Besides that there really in not a workout that will make it happen magically

I'm not a pro on supplements, to be honest I have a list of about three to four things I take and that's about it.. But here is a list to start.
Any type of good NO product, b-12,
.... yohimbe, cayenne pepper and a few others are known to increase circulation...
There are lots more I'm sure that help increase blood flow and volume, like I said I'm not an expert on these things.. But I do know there are some that help..
Good luck

come on guys...hasn't anyone else here figured out the key to vascularity?
If you want to be vascular, you need work out intensely and work on your pump...that builds vascularity.
No 5 rep sets.
Drink a lot of water before your workouts and do sets of 12 and superset with opposing body parts. No more than 30 seconds of rest between sets. Work up your pump and move that weight as hard as you can. Build up your pump and I promise you will develop vascularity.
Your veins will have to adapt to the increased blood load by increasing in width. I've stopped working out in the past year, and all my veins have shrunk. I look at myself now and realize what I had going for me in terms of vascularity, and what I was doing when I had it.
It was the PUMP.

Genetics is a big part of it for me. Everyone's always told me I have lots of veins showing, (especially ex H addicts! lol) even before I really started working out

BSN X-Plode makes my vascularity go through the roof but then again I tend to really push myself on it so thats got to be a factor as well.
at 12% bf very surprised you don't get much vascularity.
