whats the best work out for stamina?
i cant run hard,whats the best workout that will give me more wind and stamina????????????????????i play football and cant run long strong but cant run long
27 years old 198lbs 6% bodyfat,im taking winnie and test rt now

if you keep running you will adventually be able to run longer and faster

thanks man,but i know i should run but how for long as i can slow or short sprints?

i used to play hockey and what we used to do was sprint back and forth between the lines on the ice. maybe if you did something like that on the field ,by sprinting so many yards and then quickly change direction and sprint back.

both..
long distance runs at good pace, distance runs at a more vigorous pace, and short sprints...distance runs with short sprint intervals is great too...
have different running routines for different weeks (or however often you'd like to change it up).

start off with a 10 mins cardio and slowly increase the time every other day by a minute or 2 along with endurance this will definetly help your stamina.
