Back Pain/spasms
Well guys i need some advice here, latley when i start running or playing basketball, my lower back starts to tighen up, (wich sucks cause thats how i do all of my cardio) i think its because i started lifting again, cause when i dont everything is fine. Oh and i do use a belt to help support my back when i am lifting. What do you guys think or any advice on something to make it stop. Thanks.

Get a good stetching routine going that focuses on lower back, abs, hips and propably most importantly hams.
