Young Bodybuilder need ur help!!
i'm training about 3 years seriously i past the weights 175 to the weights 205 by tacking proteines ans creatine and traning 5-6 days per weeks..my problem is my chest!! i want to gain couples inchss i try : closer grip, more incline chest, somebody tell me to do more pullover is that right what type of pullover is the best!!!

day 1: pek 3x 7-9reps incline bench
3x 7-9incline dumbell
3x 7-9bench press
3x power fly
3x pullover

just do the basics. Back off the weights if your not feeling it in the muscle. good luck

Bro, just pack on the food and concentrate on doing heavy incline movements and the size will come. Genetics play a role too. Good luck

you look good so far. I also like weighted dips for tri's and chest, I alter my leg position to drop at different angles on different sets and go nice and deep and extend up fully flexing the chest the whole way, I really feel them in my outer chest area.

never do any cycle!! only takes creatine and proteines...
