Best lower ab exercises
What do you guys think is the best exercise to target the lower abs. I do leg lifts which seem to help but i just want a few other ones.

Reverse Crunches or good ol fashion military "Flutter Kicks".

Flutter kicks would be where you scissor your legs?

stability ball ab hyper extensions rule
any core excercises using stability balls are by far the most ideal

i have 5 pound ankle weights...sets of 15-20 with a partner..lift em up..have ur partner throw em down...got my abs right

ab is one muscle no such thing as lower ab. Diet is the best exercise for abs, I have not done any abs in 3 months at least and they look great, all about diet,

My ab workout consists of leg lifts and dead lifts... and thats about it =P I find that to be brutal enough

Jack knives and ball crunches seem to target my lower section.

This article will clear some things up, some exercises may emphasize lower abs more but body fat is the key.
