    Best lower ab exercises

What do you guys think is the best exercise to target the lower abs. I do leg lifts which seem to help but i just want a few other ones.

    thanks.

ab is one muscle no such thing as lower ab. Diet is the best exercise for abs, I have not done any abs in 3 months at least and they look great, all about diet,

This article will clear some things up, some exercises may emphasize lower abs more but body fat is the key.
