    bodyfat question

    Im a 23 year old male with 24 percent body fat, I got pretty lazy and a lot of the muscle I had is replaced by chub....Im in the military and currently working my ass off while on deployment in Japan and my wife is coming April 4th for a visit and I want to be down to at least 14 percent bodyfat. Im dieting and excercising and I want to know the quickest way to lose inches...and please if you can reply with more than just "diet and excercise" aka the typical answer...I'd be much obliged.

    well with DIET and CARDIO you could add some clen into your regimen.. or an ECA stack... eca - ephedrine, caffeine , aspirin. you could do clen for 2 weeks then eca 2 weeks then clen 2 weeks .... and so on.. That would help out quite a bit. Order the clen by clicking on the word clen. If you can't wait try to get some ephedrine from a local place. I can buy pure ephedrine at nutrition stores locally where I live..... Hope that helps at all and hope some others can chime in for you with a bit of advice as well..... Good luck!

    alternating clen and ECA is counterproductive. ephedra hits the same receptors (and others) that clen does. You need to come off both entirely for two weeks or come off entirely for one week, and take benadryl for that week.

    cardio first thing in the morn on an empty stomach, and strict diet.

    ok so I am not trying to be a smart ass but burn more calories than you eat everyday. It also depends on where your body stores fat, some people put it all in thier abdomen and others thier legs/butt so it depends on you.

    How the hell did you get to be stationed in Japan?? Did you call branch or got lucky?

    Im not stationed, just on deployment.

    Ive been here for roughly 6 weeks and went from a 45 inch waist to 40-41.5 (fluctuates). Is that a good progress?

    Ive tried clen before and I didnt notice any difference, is Hydroxycut Hardcore a good alternative?

    Again, if I could have a 32 inch waist by April 4th, is that possible? Thats 8 more inches in about 9 weeks.

    32 inch is a bit far fetched but I can honestly say you can get down to 36, possibly 34 inch.

    Cardio on an empty stomach but most of all diet is what is most important. I have gotten my best results when I was on a strict diet of tuna, oatmeal, and protein shakes. I would be going through 10 pound bags of protein in three weeks. It works every time for me.

    anyone hear anything on nutrisystem?

    how many pounds are one percent of bodyfat est.?
