    how much is too much?

    stats: 6'2", 200lbs, 25 years old...lifting for several years
(i was 240 about 6 months ago, began cutting heavily about 2 months ago and went from 223 to now: about 198)

i am wanting to put on some muscle over the next few months...but i dont want to do it at the risk of putting on fat (which i seem to do when i bulking up)...so i am wondering, with cardio, how much is too much?

i want to run enough so that while im eating a lot i dont get fat, but not run so much that i am burning off muscle...what do you guys think?

It's hard to put on a lot of muscle while losing fat at the same time unless you are a beginner or injecting GH. Cardio burns calories but you need calories to gain muscle. You've got to find a balance that fits your body type. No one can possibly answer this question with any accuracy with the information you have provided. It sounds like you are eating too many carbs when bulking!
