Shoulder excersizes really needed ?
I'm wondering if shoulder excersizes are really neccesery if you're allready doing benchpressing.

Look bro, no need to be rude. Benchpressing isn't the only excersize I do when I'm at the gym. I'm sure my whole shoulder is being used during the different compounds I do.
I'm asking this cause I would like to excersize my shoulders as little as possible cause I'm having a chronic injury and it's finally not as fcuked up as it used to be.

You won't have any shoulder without some rear delt work, it will also help your bench if you have some even strength between front and rear delts.

No, side raises are for mid/lat delts, there are a variety of exercises theat target the rear delts, you really should work all three heads of the delt, build your body completely, not just to bench, to much benchin makes you hunch over and a target of ridicule.
Bent over raises, rev flys on pec deck are 2 rear delt exercises to get you started.

Oh shit, I thought you were talking about side delts LOL
Ok, for example, if I do front raises, side raises and bent-over raises and stop shoulder pressing, would that be good ?

I superset my shoulders with all three raises (side, front, rear) moderate to light weight and I'm recovering from a surgery last year and that seems to blast all three heads nicely and my bench has gone up 70 lbs. in the past 3 months with no pain at all. I try to steer away from overhead exercises for now until I can guarantee that my shoulder is healed.. but its coming along nicely.
