Legs-Once or twice a week?

Undecided I've been meaning to comment on your leg photos. I've been working over-time at the gym and my presense on the boards has been very limited.

I just wanted to say great job! You have made some nice gains in those legs of yours!

Undecided-Yea your lega are lookin good, especially in pics 2 and 4. Definetely cut.
