    how many days

    Ive read conflicting stories, but is it best to work each body part 1 or 2 days per week on or off cycle for maximum muscle growth. thanks

    depends on goals and level of experience i had GREAT results working my lagging body parts twice a week this past summer however you dont keep the same volume for both days i had a chest/back day on monday and then again on thursday switchin the exercises and only about 6-8 working sets per muscle group both days being on cycle really doesnt mean much as far as training more times per week, if your cycling you should know how your body works and how often you can train certain groups and to what intensity but rule of thumb is higher intensity work outs with lower frequency usually yields better results....

    It depends man, I try to workout each body part twice a week.

    If I do it only once a week, it always feels as I took month OFF... so each workout feels like starting all over again...

    for me, once a week was to little and twice a week was to much, so i do each group 3 times in two weeks

    Once a week. Occasionally i'll burn out my tri's after chest day or maybe shoulder day since they're already warmed up. I always keep the thought in the back of my mind that this is the one day i have for this body part so better make it good cause you can't go back and fix it.

    ive worked body parts out 1x and 2x per week and have gotton great results doing both
