    What are you weekly workout days

    Do you workout 3-5 days a week?
    If you are on cycle do you change and try to get more days in?

    What would you do on each day, two muslce group or One?

    Trying to see what everyone esle has in mind.

    Im currently using a Mike Mentzer H.I.T style of training, so I train every 4-5 days or so..

    I train 5 days a week. Right now it looks like this:

    Mon: back
    Tues: chest
    wed: off
    thurs: legs
    fri: shoulders
    sat: arms
    sun: off
