Deadlifts are bad ass.
I started doing them more seriously and incorporating more powerlifting-style movements - strait legged deadlifts, rack pulls, speed sets, etc. My weights are going up, and my traps are getting bigger, back is getting thicker too. Plus it's cool picking up 500 pounds off the floor!
Fantastic exercise IMO.
