    40, Female and Failing

I am a 40 yr. old, married w/two children. I have gained an additional 50 pds. over the past five years. I am now desperate to drop the weight and get back into strong and strenuous workouts. The problem is....... I am so lost, that I have no idea where to begin. I am not new to the gym scene and am familiar with the weight workouts as my husband is a bodybuilder. The question is, I have been reading a great deal on HGH and thought that this would be a great initiative to get me going. Any ideas??? No, I have never taken it before and only know what I have read through various sites. HELP!!

diet diet diet lol. if your hubby is a bb'r then he can greatly assist you in ur dietary needs.

GH is great, one of my favorite accossories for women's fatloss.
the thing is, diet dictates everything that is going to happen to you... which is why it is the most important aspect to approach when trying to lose bodyfat.

You got heavy because of what you eat, and did not burn off. Its easy to do just look around at others. people get heavy over time. typically a person will gain 2 to three pounds a year after maturity. It manifest itself in the face breast thighs and torso. After the first ten years following maturity you gain 20 or thirty pounds maybe you show it maybe yoiu hide it but its there. Then the next tens years go by, and your now another 20 or 30 pounds over weight. that makes you 40 years old and 40 plus pounds overr wieght.
trust me except for amphetimines there is nothing in a bottle thats your gonna open and magicallly reomve this weight. It will take time, diet , and a strong work out ethic. No shit with out commitment your gonna be disappointed with the results of GH. Your bets bet it to get commmited first with diet and a strong work ethic and let some time pass.
PS pass that down to your kids.
Start reading the lables on everything you buy to eat if the first four ingredient is sugar ends in--ose or a type of syrup dont eat it. For example the biggest bullshit scam or one of the biggest it that frickin slim fast diet. read the lable the second ingredient in that can is sugar. thats not healthy.
PSS teach your kids to read labels.
Your food bill will rise, because it is more expensive to eats healthy. If you cant affors fresh veges buy frozen the frozen the ripest that is why they were frozen becasue they were to ripe to set on the table at the fruit stand.

eat a salad wiht out dressing use tabsco or vinegar. eating a salad wiht a top of dressing on it fat free or not is not going to serve you well you gonnna have to retrain your taste buds. Mcdonalds, taco bell and all the other food restarunts( bad spelling) each have spent bathillions of dollars to determine if the pickles should be placed between the bun and the burger or the letuce and the bun. taco bell spent millions to determine what type of cheese ttop use etc etc. You and your kids cant compete with that so stop playing by their rules and make your own.
goood luck this board will serve you well

Iv'e been dealing with women who fall into your category for years. I can assist you in losing the weight if you are willing to do your part.

    GH is not the answer!
