back workout
can any give me suggestions on a good back workout to thicken and widen it thx

Wide-grip pull-ups, seated cable rows, deadlifts.

Heres mine, two exercises for width, one for overall back development ( i think we know which one that is, lol), and one for back thickness...
Closegrip Underhand Chins, 3-4 sets, 8-12 reps (hits lats from top to bottom)...Superset those with Wide grip Lat Pulldowns, 10-12 reps, Same amount of sets as chins seeing as your supersetting...
Deadlift...3 working sets 5-7 reps....(make sure to do atleast two warms ups to get your body ready for such a taxing lift, and to get the form down before going heavy)...
T-Bar Row 4 sets...8-12 reps...helps with overall upper back thickness, and if you allow it to stretch at the bottom, can really add Lat Thickness as well...
I like to train back alone if I am doing Deads, they take a lot of time, and they should because you need to be sure your recuperated before doing your next set, not to mention the fact that after doing these your probably only have one exercise left in you where you can stay intense (and if your not staying intense then theres no point)...
