Inverted Shoulder Push-ups
Has anyone here ever tried inverted shoulder push-ups i could not make it to the gym last night so I did as many plyometrics as i could think of for chest and shoulders last night bastards made my shoulders sore as hell going to have to add those to my routine.

yeah
I always thought these were fun... but dont do them in the gym... you'll get some funny looks But I wouldnt make them a part of my weekly routine... not enough resistance; I like heavy weight and low reps.

your right there is not enough resistance wouldnt be worth adding to the workout and you do get some stange looks you should have seen the look on my wifes face when i was doing them last night

Have someone stand on your feet...that'll put some challenge into the movement.

Ok I'm stumped!
Exactly what are we talking about here. Upside down pushup? You have my courisoity intregegged. Do you like walk your feet up a wall until you are upside down and then do the push ups?
I'm just asking because they sounded kinda fun.
