I am trying to loses 40 pounds before the sumer start.
This is my routen

Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal
2 egg whites

Gym
30 min cardio
Monday Tues Wed thurs Fri
chest sholders tries Back Arms

Meal 2
2 slices wheat bread
6 oz trucky
1 ts Mayo
1/2 cup lettes

Meal 3
Banana
yogurt

Meal 4
6 oz meat
cup veg

Meal 5
cottage chease
