Forum Lurker... Please critique first routine!

I decided to dedicate myself to working out, and its been about 3 weeks now... I need a solid routine! Please critique. Everything is 3 sets of 6-8 reps, with a warmup before each body part.

    Day 1
    Chest/Triceps

    Flat Bench Press
    Decline Bench Press
    Incline Bench Press
    Flys (3 sets of 8-10)
    Dips
    Close Grip Bench Press
    Skull Crushers
Rope Pulldowns (3 sets of 8-10)

    Day 2
    Back/Biceps

    Deadlift
    Lateral Pulldowns
    Seated Cable Row
    Various DB/BB Curls

    Day 3
    Legs

    Squats
    Romanian Deadlift
    Leg Press
    Leg Extension/Curls Superset

    Day 4
    Shoulders

    Military Press or Arnold Press
    Upright Row
    Rear Flys
    Shrugs
    Front Raises/Side Raises Superset

    Thanks!

    (Will be edited to suggestions!)

Throw in some incline press on chest days and maybe some RDL's for hams and some rear flys for rear delts for the purpose of balanced physique
