help help help
so i have had my diet right for about 3 weeks now... i know that is not a long time at all but its a start.... I am basically here to find a good workout for me, now that i am eating right i and getting better workout habits i would like to know what would be the best type of workout schedule, exercises would be good for me to get maximum results in fat loss......should i lift light weights or heavy since my main priority is losing weight... im really lost here
i am 18 but still in high school so that kinda gets in the way,,,, i have to work around it...

if u want to lose fat, focus on high reps and low weight 5 days wk. i hope this helps.

Also, what you could do is(up your strength, along with trimming up) put enough weight on the bar, stack,etc...that you can only get up 8-10 times and as soon as you finish the set, perform a set of crunches, rope crunches, or hanging leg raises. Also, have much shorter rest breaks after each set...hope that can help ya out.
