For the past year or so I have been following the past split:

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders/Traps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off

I obviously change up reps and sets and exercises but I feel like I have hit a wall for a bit and need a new split. I am getting ready to start a new mass cycle in the coming weeks and would love to have something in place by then.
I think I would like to split up legs into two seperate days if possible (quads one day/hams another). Anyone have any ideas or great mass building workouts with a different split than this that they could possibly PM me with?
