Worried about my new 3 day split

I used to train over 4 days but recently changed my workout so can do it in 3 and then if I get in on a 4th day one workout gets done twice. DAY 1 chest/legs DAY 2 arms DAY 3 shoulders/back. I was just getting used to it when someone suggested I shouldn't be training chest and legs on the same day and now am getting stressed trying to re schedule it. Your opinions much appreciated

You can train legs and chest on the same day if needed. Other good splits are as follows-

    Day 1) Chest/Lats

    DAY 2) Shoulders/arms

    Day 3) Legs

    OR

    Day 1) Chest/Lats

    DAY 2) Arms

    Day 3) Shoulders/Legs

    OR

    Day 1) Chest/Shoulders/Triceps

    DAY 2) Lats/Biceps

    Day 3) Legs

There is no set in stone routine or split. If three days is working for you then stick to it. Your split is good and will yeild results. It wouldn't be good for me since I really push myself when I do my workouts and can only really do about you body part a day.
