whats the difference between training for size and training for strength? I hear it so often that you can train for one or the other. No one has ever been able to give me a straight answer on how to train for size. I've always just trained for strength assuming that, with strength, will come size. But just looking around the gym I can see I'm WAY stronger than alot of guys who have 20 or 30lbs on me. So can someone tell me what the difference is so I can start doing it? I like being strong for my size but thats not the main reason for my training.
