Jogging and losing muscle....
Guys,
I am 37 5'11 175 low bf
I am coming off a test-e/EQ cycle... PCT will be Nolva
My cutting phase will start after.
I have been told running could be catabolic for muscles..
Should I just powerwalk/elliptical????
I would think with ample protein and continuous training I should be able to run for my cardio..
thoughts???

You should be fine as long as you are not running excessive amounts the typical 30 min of moderate intensity cardio will not burn muscle up, it may actually help you to maintain muscle due to greater GH release.

Thanks dude. So if I run 1-3 miles around a track 2-4 days or so a week with ample diet and continuous training - I should keep most of my gains???

PCT - Trib/Nolva and MAYBE HCG
But during PCT I am gonna train 3-4 days a week and amp up caloric intake until blood levels are normal...
Then Ill start running/cutting. Just want to make sure I do everything to keep most of my gains

IMHO, if you were doing cardio during the cycle, then continue at low-medium intensity 3x a week max....but if you weren't doing cardio DURING the bulking cycle, there's no point starting now...Begin after your PCT is over to lose the fat you gained on cycle, if significant... I advise this because starting cardio suddenly during PCT is POTENTIALLY sending a message to your already catabolically inclined physiology to dump muscle mass it can't maintain with natty test levels and use it up for energy..... just my .02
