Any leg workouts that I can do if I have Arthritis in my right knees
I have Arthritis in my right knees.
When I squat and my knees form a 90 degree angle, it is painful to lift myself up.
Are there any exercises that I can use that will build my legs that you know of?
Thanks guys

extenions , curls, gluteham raise, leg presses, go down just before it starts hurting and use lighter weight and more reps

I might recommend to use super slow techniques 2-1-4 .... 2sec up 1 sec hold 4sec descend... lighten the load and avoid any ballistic explosive movements... cheers

stop short of 90 degrees, lighten the load, warm up and strech real good.
