Suggestions for my workout
What's up guys. Just want some opinions on my workout. I'm looking to add mass and still do cardio to keep my endurance for my motorcycle road racing. Just wanting some advice on what muscle groups I should be doing together. Here is my workout,
Mon.
Cardio
Abs
Tues.
Chest
Triceps
Lats
Calves
Wed.
Cardio
Abs
Thurs.
Shoulders
Traps
Biceps
Fri.
Legs
Calves
Saturday and Sunday, Rest

Personally... what works for me is...
Monday...
chest and cardio
Tuesday...
back and abs
Wednesday
Shoulders and cardio
Thursday
Off
Friday
bis, tris and abs
Saturday
legs and a light walk
Sunday
Off

I've heard that doing cardio after lifting will hurt your gains? Is this true?

the only way to perfect your routine is trial and error....
