Does This Sound Good?
I'm trying to cut weight while putting on muscle. I'm trying to eat healthy but just asking if this sounds like a good workout program.
6 AM: Wake Up 3 Mile Run
11-3 PM: Somewhere within those times get a lift in when I have a free at school
4-6 PM: Crew Practice

Also this would be something like my diet
Breakfast : Bagle with Peanut Butter
Lunch: Special K (lunchroom sucks only shitty food like pizza and burgers and this cereal had the least amount of calories with the most protein, 8g and 140 cals) Original with 16 oz of skim milk and an apple
Post Lift: GNC Whey Protein Shake (40g of Protein and 220 Calories) with two spoonfuls of creatine
Dinner: Chicken Caesar Salad (light dressing)
Night: Another Protein Shake around 9 PM (go to bed around 12ish)

btw more than 105 g of protein. Prob not a lot more but the protein shakes alone have 80, and at lunch theres 24 with the milk and cereal. Should I also get something like a turkey sandwhich with that?

BTW Sams club/cosco and other places have great deals on bulk stock.
Best of luck,
