am i training to much
monday afternoon 4 oclock weights 45mins
tues morn 9 oclock weights 45mins
tues evening 7 oclock boxing training 60mins very hard
wed weights 45 mins
thurs boxing training 60 mins
fri day off
sat morn weights 45 mins
the question i got is it ok to to do weights on tues morn and boxing tues night or should i just do boxing on tuesday night and do weights on my day off on friday, is training twice in one day much, wot do experts think?

depends how you feel im sure your good jsut make sure u get good sleep and PWO nutrition thats really important IMO ok bro hope that help

i feel pretty good in the gym and out i get plenty of sleep and my pwo nutrition is good too. cheers A2

I don't believe in over training. I believe in not resting and not eating enough.
