When doing the Incline Bench press is it best to go all the way down ( bar touches chest ) or down until your arms are parell ?? I was thinking parelle because my shoulder tends to feel weird , little stripping type of feeling but not to sure. I also do dumbell inc press but i like to switch it up..

I go all the way down, but if it hurts your shoulder then don't do it. As far as which one being better for muscle growth, I wish I knew

Upper arms should be parallel to the floor at the bottom of the movement.
Anything farther puts stress on your rotator cuff and you're risking injury.

I go all the way down because I want the full stretch on my chest. With the incline bench you will be not only working chest "emphasis on upper chest" but also the front delts and tris. So i think if you dont go down all the way you wont get the full benifit of the exericse.
