Two muscle gorups-alternate or one than other?

Hey everyone Im jus wondering what you all would recommend for a split. Say I was doing chest/bis today should I do my benchpress than db curls than flys than bar curls etc.... or should I do all my chest excersizes followed by all my bi excersizes?

Everyone has a different opinion on whats good. You can try this split:

    Mon: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
    Tues: Back/Biceps
    Weds: Legs/Abs
    Thurs: Cardio

Then repeat. That gives each body part 3 days of rest. Also it lets you get out of the gym in 30-60 minutes.

ahh.. generally you do your back first, then biceps. Meaning, do all your back exercises, then go to biceps.

How do you manage to get chest, shoulders and triceps all in 30-60 minutes? I'm not flaming, but that seems like a short period of time to hit three muscle groups. How many sets are you doing for each muscle group?
