    How long for healing time?

Now for example, lets say I do chest, biceps and triceps. How long until I should do them again and how long until they fully heal? How much faster will they heal than working out naturally?

Depends on how hard you work em bro. I like to do each body part once a week. Also IMO you have way too much bf to be on a cycle to begin with.

I was like 26-27% I've dropped. I used one of those electronic things you squeeze, how accurate are those?

So for kinda a rough idea? If I worked out the Biceps, Tri's ect. How long usally would it take to fully heal up and work them again naturally? And then the same on juice? Saying that I work them out pretty good.

Different things work for different people. U might even find that you might need to change things up from time to time. Everyone does not react the same to certain routines....Gotta figure out whats right for you.

You're not going to get the best results with that workout. IMO(in my opinion). Chest, legs and back should be worked seperately and alone. You can get away with shoulders and arms sometimes, but i wouldn't make a regular habit of it.

No set answer for this. Probably the best way is how many sets you do to failure or past failure (i do drop sets with one of my routines- dc training, straight sets with the other routine - slingshot style). I find that i can do about 3 sets to failure and be fine to train the bodypart again in 48-72 hours. Most guys do more sets to failure and train the bodypart less frequently.

Biggest thing i have found about gear is that muscles recover much faster but CNS doesn't. So you can definitely overtrain on steroids if you don't give your CNS proper recovery.

I train each body part twice a week, except for legs. I do legs one day and when I'm done I am ready to puke. Everything else is twice, unless I don't feel up to it. Trust your body bro, it knows best Try different workout routines and see what works best for you. Trust your body and go from there

failure is the point at which your muscle gives out on you and you can no longer hold the weight. Working past that point with either a spotter or swing ( cheat form ) or negatives is working past failure.

I dont have a designated number of how many times I work a body part out a week. I think everyone will differ on opinions. You need to try different things and find out how your body responds best. That is what is important. I personally give each body part 3-4 days rest. I dont believe anymore is needed for my body. It responds perfectly.
