hey everyone i always workout with hard and fast music i find it gives me a better pump and i can stay more focused just wanted to know who is the same as me and wut music they listen to while workin out?

I like techno. there is a program on a community radio station here that does what I would call techno metal. the program is called propaganda on kdhx.org you can stream it

i actually found something that combines the best of both rap and rock. the most angry metal is combined with hard party rap and rap beats. lol i dont exactly know the name of it but the song i heard consists of screaming with lil jon's rap song "throw it up". check it out somewhere online, ull probly find it... its really not that bad.

Anyone familiar with the Q-Dance record label will know the type of dance music they play....
