trying to get a couple more inches on my arms
i cant seem to get my arms to grow any more. I am 33 5'9' a pretty lean 205lbs I train on a 5 day split with bis and tris at the end of the week I eat well and sleep well my arms are about 18 inches when they r pumped i would like to try some bodys arm workout that has 20 inch arms to try and shock some growth i havent seen gains on my guns for about 5 months i have tried differnt routines even tried training them twice a week 4 a while i am still getting good gains on all my other body parts but i feel as though my arms are lacking and starting to look unporportioned if you have had the same problem and fixed it i would like to hear your input

personally, I love drop sets

heavy to light, high reps to low...
Do that for about 5 sets and watch those arms explode.

big guns are all about big triceps, unless your going to walk around flexing all the time. i swear by skullcrushers, cgbp and weighted dips for tricep destruction.
