Pouch on fat on my stomach
my stats are 5'5 150lb bf % = ?
ive been on a diet just mainly low fat, high protein foods and ive been pretty strict for a period of only 4 months.. since late Aug 2008- Present
i work out one muscle a day + 40 minutes of cardio which burns 500 cals for me
and i do 3 sets of abs 5x a week for the last 2 months..
i want a sick pack, and i have alot of form and my core is strong, but still for some strange reason i have a little pouch on the lower portion of my abdominal..
for my abs daily i do
3 sets of leg lifts
3 sets of decline sit ups
3 sets of working torso- not sure how to explain it
MUST GET RID OF POUCH !!
is it because im not hitting my lower abdominal effectively?
i'm a thin person but this has literally been there for quite some time it seems, and even after cardio 5x a week buring 500 cals and a strict diet..
im not getting rid of this pouch like a kangaroo!! need adviceLast edited by Godson; 01-13-2009 at 09:07 AM.

throw in decline reverse crunches
Up the cardio to 2x day
But thats usually a diet related problem. How does that look?

i can pretty much sum up all my foods to this
1. Kashi cereal + fat free milk
2. 3 eggs
3. protein shake = 40g of protein
4. cell-tech shake = thats gonna run out and im off it when it does
5.protein bar 20g
6. tuna fish out of the can plain or rigatoni+cottage cheese- i switch daily
7. occasional peanut butter+jelly sandwhiches on whole wheat bread or plain turkey sandwhich
8. brown rice+chicken breast or fish +veggies...i use extra virgin olive oil which i heard despite the 14g of fat, it works wonders...
when i say my diet is strict, i mean i literally measure the foods with a cup and teaspoon etc..
but i mean that like sums it up, i dont see many leaks in my diet besides the occasion peanut and jelly sandwhich..
decline reverse crunches? is that like just sit ups on a decline bench?

I think your diet needs some tweaking. You may want to read up on the cutting sticky.
Doing lots of crunches (or any type of ab exercise) won't necessarily help you get a six pack. You need a much cleaner diet, and cardio.
xlx is right, upping the cardio to 2x/day may help, too.

Post your diet up in the diet section and you will get better suggestions on that, because it does need a little work.
Decline reverse crunches are on a decline bench with your head at the top, so I guess you can say incline. Then just perform a reverse crunch.
Like this

But my incline is greater, and went at the bottom movement, I stretch my legs out.
