    Same body part twice in one day?

    I got back from the gym a couple hours ago and now that I have been thinking about it I believe that I should have done a few more sets...
    Im pondering going back in a couple hours to hit shoulders again. Would this be a problem

    No no no, once your done your done. Your in growth and recover mode right now. You can retard your recovery if you go back and hit it up.
