how should a start out after being out 6 months?
I'm just getting back into the gym now and am looking to bulk I've trained for 4 years up until 6 months ago... I was wondering what you would recommend I should start with as far as sets and reps go. Do you recommend alot of exercises that train more then 1 muscle at a time?
Thanks

6 months isn't THAT long off that you would forget about training for 4 years prior man. Don't worry your muscles will remember and adapt quickly to training again. I would recommend that you first get your diet in order and training depends person to person but there isn't much need to do more more more, you can train each muscle once per week and do your compound movements. 8-12 reps for bulk and nothing wrong with going heavy for less reps too.

I feel like a workout is no good if i dont feel it the next couple of days...

No one said you need to be sore for your workout to be a good one, as long as you are training like you should and eating right, it counts.
